Nature of the services
ZA Global provides business advisory and market-enablement services across Southeast Asia — including market-entry advisory, business establishment, recruitment and organisation build, supplier sourcing, enterprise risk, and executive advisory, coaching and mentoring. These are professional services intended to support your commercial decision-making and your organisation’s growth in the region.
Professional services & licensed partners
ZA Global provides strategic business-establishment advisory and coordinates specialist implementation support. Legal, tax, audit, immigration and other regulated professional services are delivered by appropriately qualified and licensed partners where required. Where an engagement calls for regulated advice or filings, we will identify the appropriate qualified professional and coordinate their involvement; we do not ourselves provide regulated professional services except where we are directly authorised to do so.
Not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice
Our advisory services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. Executive advisory, coaching and mentoring are not psychological therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment, and are not a substitute for them. For matters of that kind, please consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. If you are experiencing a mental-health difficulty, please seek support from a qualified clinician.
No guaranteed outcomes
While engagements are designed to produce meaningful, measurable progress, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Advisory engagements support commercial decision-making and do not guarantee specific financial, regulatory, or business outcomes. Outcomes depend on many factors, including market conditions, regulatory decisions by third parties, and your own execution and circumstances.
Your responsibility for decisions
Our advisory develops your thinking and informs your options; the decisions you make and the actions you take remain entirely your own responsibility. You retain full accountability for how you apply anything discussed and for the commercial choices your organisation makes.
Advisory, consulting, coaching & therapy — the distinctions
- Advisory & consulting — analysing a situation and providing recommendations, options, or deliverables to inform your decisions.
- Coaching — non-directive; develops your own judgement and behaviour.
- Mentoring — experience-based guidance and perspective; you retain the decision.
- Therapy — clinical treatment of psychological and mental-health needs by licensed professionals.
Executive advisory, coaching and mentoring are distinct from consulting and from psychological therapy or clinical treatment.
